Job Title : Insurance Follow-Up Representative
Job Location : Menomonee Falls, WI , 53051
Job Duration : 3 Months contract (Possibilities of Extension)
Shift : Start time 7 am - 9 am (8 hours per week)
Responsibilities :
- Claims Follow-Up : Ensuring that claims are processed in a timely manner. This includes following up on any outstanding information or documentation needed.
- Communication : Keeping clients informed about the status of their claims or policies, whether by phone, email, or other methods.
- Issue Resolution : Addressing any issues or delays in claims processing, such as missing documents or discrepancies in the information provided.
- Updating Records : Maintaining accurate records of communication, actions taken, and the status of claims or accounts.
- Customer Service : Handling customer inquiries and providing detailed explanations of policy coverage, claim status, and payment issues.
- Coordination : Working with adjusters, healthcare providers, repair shops, or other third parties to obtain necessary information.
