Job Position: Obstetrics Scrub Technician
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 3 months with possible extension

Shift: Days and Nights 12*3 = 36hrs

The payrate information:
Overall Weekly Pay Rate: $1,728
W2 Weekly Pay Rate: $950.4
Weekly Stipend: $777.60 

Requirements:

• High School diploma - Required
• NBSTSA Certification as a surgical technologist (CST) required
• 2 years of related experience is required

Job Description:

• A healthcare professional who assists during obstetric surgeries, such as C-sections, deliveries, and other gynaecological procedures.
• Set up the surgical area by ensuring all equipment, instruments, and supplies are sterile and organized.
• Prepare the patient by assisting in positioning and ensuring comfort.
• Verify patient identity and surgical procedure to ensure the correct operation is performed
