Job Title: Repack Technician
Location: Wardhill, MA
Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Range: $18 to $20/hr on W2
 
Job Overview:
The Repack Technician is responsible for repackaging and labeling products while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 
Nice to Have:

• Repackage products per guidelines and customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Operate packaging and labeling equipment safely.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Complete documentation and logs accurately.
• Participate in training sessions for skill development.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends if needed.

 
Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools.
• Manufacturing/warehouse setting with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations.

 
Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging (preferred, not required).
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Accurately label products, ensuring correctness and legibility.
• Conduct quality control checks to meet established standards.
• Manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools.
