Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
Collect and process blood specimens accurately and safely.
Follow all protocols for clinical and forensic specimen collection.
Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation.
Create a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment.
Communicate procedures clearly to patients, ensuring comfort and confidence.
Demonstrate leadership behaviors and process excellence.
Operate independently with minimal supervision.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
Medical assistant or paramedic training (PREFERRED)
Experience:
Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience (REQUIRED)

Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients preferred
Customer service experience in healthcare.
