What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter II position at Careers Integrated Resources Inc?
The role is full cycle role on our customer service team of 8 recruiters for high volume class recruitment. The roles are entry level customer service and the metrics 70% fill rates per class. This position is a backfill due to an contract end and growth from our new acquisition.
This role will be expected to hire 50-75 fills.
Remote in TX/TN
Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs.
Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates. Extends offers to selected candidates and may arrange for relocation.
Stays informed of developments in wages and salaries, employee benefits and general human resource policies.
This role will be expected to hire 50-75 fills.
Remote in TX/TN
- High school diploma required 4 yr degree preferred
- At least 2 yrs full cycle recruitment experience
- Full cycle recruitment experience required
- the ATS preference is workday but not required
