Job Summary:
- This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle.
- Has direct responsibility for overseeing workflows and processes as well as continuously looking for improvements in the revenue cycle.
- This position will require the ability to manage difficult and complex issues along with providing action plans to resolve obstacles that maybe impactful to the revenue cycle.
- In addition, this position is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, training and development and retention of staff.
- Supports the Principal, Revenue Cycle Operations and responds positively to special projects and responsibilities, including performance objectives.
- Responsible to make sure that the monthly month end process is finalized.
- Oversees staff and ensures that work strategies are set for each area of the revenue cycle.
- Responsible for training, onboarding, and mentoring of staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
