Job Title : RN - ICU
Location : West Bend, WI
Duration : 3 Months / 13 weeks (Possibilities of Extension or temp. to hire)
Shift : Days and Nights, 12-hours, float as needed, every other weekend
Job Description :
- Patient Care : Provide critical care for patients with life-threatening conditions, monitoring vital signs and administering medications or treatments as prescribed.
- Collaboration : Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Emergency Response : Respond quickly to changes in patient condition, performing life-saving interventions such as CPR or advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
- Monitoring & Documentation : Continuously monitor patient status through specialized equipment and accurately document all observations, interventions, and outcomes.
- Family Support : Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients' families, helping them understand their loved one’s condition and treatment options.
