What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at Careers Integrated Resources Inc?
This positions primary function is scheduling for the Environmental Projects and Services group. The candidate must have strong communication skills and display quick problem solving and ability to multi- task. The candidate must be knowledgeable with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word) also data entry experience.
30 - 40 hours per week
Requirements:
- 5 years administrative/customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, communication and writing skills. Excellent customer interaction skills to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to resolve logistics issues involving scheduling requests
- Confidence speaking directly with field personnel, environmental coordinators, and suppliers
- Previous work experience in utility, construction, or environmental.
- Ability to adapt to various responsibilities and work collectively within a team
