Job Description Summary:
- This position is a new role to be the subject matter expert (SME) for our CrowdStrike deployment.
- The role will be responsible for maintaining the current installation of CrowdStrike and all of its feature sets as well as new implementations through the product.
- This position would also maintain the Tenable deployment for vulnerability scanning throughout the enterprise.
- Any new configurations would also be deployed by this individual.
- The position will also assist in supporting the M365 E5 Environment, multi region Azure deployment and other customer services.
- The selected candidate will be added to an on-call rotation that will be one week a month.
- Work requires excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with a high technical skill level.
- Position requires frequent interaction with employees, customers, technicians, analysts, and specialists to troubleshoot problems related to the use of single and/or multiple information systems.
- Work may include creation, installation, and modification of software, testing, and documentation on a variety of platforms. Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete assigned project responsibilities under limited supervision.
