What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director, Corporate Legal Affairs position at Careers Integrated Resources Inc?
HYBRID prefered (2-3 days in office with flexibilities to come in for meetings with senior management) & will also consider Fully Remote for contractor role and for full time HYBRID
Work Hours: M-F 9 to 5.
BIOTECH & PHARMA experience highly preferred.
- Need a Corporate securities Attorney with 8-14 years of experience.
- Both law firm & inhouse exp both are needed. He will be working on filing & liaising with senior management.
- SEC & NASDAQ requirement Forum 4, section 16 filing. 10 Q, 10 k will be doing.
- Doing press releases/ webinar, working with legal & compliance team.
- Will be involved in Disclosure committee meetings.
- Working with Finance team & proxy and work closely with HR & corporate affairs team as well.
- Doing relevant paperwork for new hires & reviewing 10B51 plans
- Insider Trader training & reviewing policies & procedures.
- Law degree is required.
- Legal team within Blueprint is of around 25 members. HM team is of 8 members right now.
