Job Location: Emporia, VA (Onsite)
Job Duration: 12 Months(Possibility of extension)
Pay Rate: $42 – 45.24/hr. on w2
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a highly experienced Liquefied Natural Gas (Client) Subject Matter Expert (SME) Contractor to join the client's team and provide specialized expertise in Client operations, maintenance, staffing start-up, training development, and regulatory support for our proposed new Client facility.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Client industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate through the project design review process and provide strategic input that supports cost-effective and efficient Client facility operation.
- Perform process construction walkdowns, and quality assurance/quality control inspections, to ensure sound engineering and construction deliverability to operations.
- Ensure all staffing, training, operational, and maintenance plans and procedures comply with relevant, and applicable, codes and regulations.
- Interface with regulatory authorities having jurisdiction and help the team ensure code and regulation compliance.
