Job Title: Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Duration: 3 Months contract with possibility of extension
Schedule: Schedule: Days, 8HR, M- F, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay if below 50 miles from the facility: $45/hr
Travel Pay [If at least 50 miles from facility]:
W2 Per Hour: $27.50
Weekly Per Diem: $900
Weekly Gross: $2,000

Requirement:
- Currently licensed by the Nevada State Board of Examiners for Social Workers (LSW)
- Bachelor’s degree in social work required.
- At least 1 year of actual work experience in a hospital setting or an ongoing plan for consultation between the social worker and a qualified social worker must be developed.
Responsibilities:
- Must have knowledge of community resources to meet post discharge clinical and social needs.
- Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
Salary : $28 - $45
