Job Title : Sr. Payroll Systems Analyst
Job Location : Secaucus, NJ
Job Duration : 6 Months (extension possible)
Overview : The Senior Payroll Systems Analyst will support the Corporate Payroll team by ensuring the functionality of Oracle Cloud HCM for payroll processing and tax reporting. This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to collect requirements, resolve issues, recommend system enhancements, and perform testing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support payroll processing by researching system errors and escalating issues in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Lead testing for special payrolls (e.g., PTO payouts, bonuses) and implement audits / controls.
- Support tax reporting, W-2 processing, and year-end tasks.
- Implement Oracle Cloud HCM updates and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain payroll reports using Oracle Business Intelligence.
- Collaborate on projects for process improvements and system integrations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot time & labor systems, ensuring compliance with DOL and company policies.
- Manage payroll-related configuration and system updates.
- Provide training and documentation for payroll system processes.
