Job Title : Staff RN – Med Surg / Tele (Ortho / Surg / Peds)
Location : Menomonee Falls, WI
Duration : 3 Months / 13 weeks (Possibilities of Extension or temp. to hire)
Shift : 12 hours Days / Nights and EOW with float as needed
Job Description :
- Patient Care : Provide direct care to patients with a variety of medical-surgical conditions, including assessment, monitoring, and administering treatments and medications.
- Collaboration : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
- Patient Education : Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
- Emergency Response : Respond to acute changes in patient conditions, initiating appropriate interventions, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
