Position Overview
As a Supply Management Planner II, you will manage the day-to-day performance and relationship with a group of suppliers for several assigned commodities, supporting factory operations. You will work closely with the supply base to drive continuous improvement in quality and delivery.
Major Duties and Responsibilities

Execute planning activities within a supply chain of low complexity, within a defined framework/system, affecting the own organization/unit.

Maintain daily contact with business-critical suppliers, respond to complex incidents, and analyze performance, providing feedback on key supplier management indicators.

Collect and collate information on cost drivers, market dynamics, issues, innovation, and alternative suppliers, providing valuable market insights to senior colleagues for decision-making.

Contribute to reviewing existing operations and support in generating ideas for continuous improvements.

Gather and report on information regarding existing contract performance, providing input to the new contract process for negotiations/renegotiations.

Manage site or factory inventory, following procedures when discrepancies or issues arise.

Support stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, and events.

Actively develop personal capabilities through assessment, development planning, formal and informal training, and coaching.
