Supply Management Planner II - Supply Management
Major Purpose:
The Supply Management Planner II manages day-to-day performance and relationships with a group of suppliers for assigned commodities to support factory operations. This role works with the supply base to drive continuous improvement in quality and delivery.
Major Duties:

Execute planning activities within a supply chain of low complexity, impacting mainly the own organization/unit, within a defined framework/system.

Maintain regular contact with business-critical suppliers and respond to complex incidents, analyzing performance and providing feedback on key supplier management indicators.

Gather and collate information on cost drivers, market dynamics, innovation, and alternative suppliers to support senior colleagues' decision-making.

Contribute to reviewing existing operations and assist in generating new ideas for continuous improvement.

Report on existing contract performance and provide input to new contract processes for negotiations/renegotiations.

Manage site or factory inventory with guidance when discrepancies or issues arise, following existing procedures.

Support stakeholder engagement by organizing actions, meetings, and events.

Continuously develop capabilities through assessment and development activities, training, and coaching.
