This role will focus on managing and optimizing automation and testing tools, ensuring streamlined integration across development, testing, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in automating processes, managing version control, and driving the performance of automation and testing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage tools such as Ansible, Leap work, LoadRunner, GitHub leveraged by Infrastructure and Application team.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Ansible playbooks and roles for automating IT infrastructure and application deployments.
- Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to automate configuration management, software deployments, and cloud provisioning. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance Ansible playbooks for performance and reliability.
- Manage GitHub repositories, ensuring best practices for version control, collaboration, and pull request workflows.
- Implement access controls, branch protection, and security policies to maintain repository integrity.
- Integrate GitHub with CI/CD tools to automate code deployment and testing.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain LoadRunner environments for performance and load testing.
- Develop and execute LoadRunner test scripts to ensure application scalability and reliability.
- Analyze LoadRunner test results to identify bottlenecks and recommend performance improvements.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement performance testing strategies using LoadRunner and Leap work.
- Integrate Ansible, GitHub, LoadRunner, and Leap Work with other tools to create efficient end-to-end automation pipelines.
- Provide ongoing support for all tools, ensuring smooth operation and resolving issues that arise within the automation and testing environments.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track automation progress, test results, and performance metrics.
