What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel: Medical Assistant Clinic position at Careers Integrated Resources Inc?
Provides direct clinical care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Works only under the direct supervision of a Physician or Licensed Healthcare Provider. Assesses, plans and evaluates patient care needs. Monitors, records, and communicates patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems. Administers prescribed medications, changes dressing, cleans wounds, and monitors vital signs. Assists physician during examination, treatment, and procedures. Carries out physician's orders.
Facility Requirements:
Must have BLS certification must be attached to submission packet (Must be through the American Heart Association); RQI certifications will not be accepted
Must have WY Medical Assistance license, must be attached to resume
Candidate must have 1 year recent travel experience, 2 years recent experience in a physician's office
