Summary of Role:

In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of clients, taking charge of the day-to-day interactions and becoming their go-to for exceptional service Your responsibility extends beyond mere management; you will be the cornerstone of our promise to deliver top-notch service, working seamlessly across various operational teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- On a granular level, you will manage the renewal and marketing process, prepare materials for presentations and communications in collaboration with their more senior team members, and lead the Open Enrollment process
- On a holistic level, you will form trusted partnerships with clients that inspire absolute confidence in our solutions, and in our ability to enhance their prosperity
- Take an active role in client interactions
- Manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish, in conjunction with the Account Executives and Advisors
- Lead Open Enrollment
- Work proactively to effectively and efficiently deliver services to clients
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
- Knowledge of benefits administration, HealthCare Reform, industry trends, carrier products and services
- Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs
- Effective time management and decision-making skills
- Diligent follow up skills
- Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Commanding presentation and public speaking abilities
Education and/or Experience:
- BA/BS preferred
- 1-3 years of industry line experience
- Industry knowledge of benefits administration, Healthcare Reform, and carrier products and services
- Proven success selling services and working in a consultative role
Certificates, Licenses, Registration:
- Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required within 90 days of hire
