Shift: Full-Time 40 Hour per week, Weekdays from11:30am - 8pm and Weekends Rotation Required, Saturday and Sunday 6:30am - 9am and 6pm - 10pm.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Maintains confidentiality of information

WEEKDAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the data entry of all inpatient therapy appointments (PT, OT, TR, School), including, making all necessary changes and cancellations.
- Makes an actual schedule for Speech Therapy, Psychology, and Audiology.
WEEKEND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actual scheduling of inpatient therapies (PT, OT, TR).
- Schedules all Friday admissions for evaluations for Saturday and all Saturday admissions for Sunday.
- Responsible for data entry of Speech Therapy schedule.
- Schedules all inpatient Aquatic Therapies.
Holiday Scheduling Responsibilities:
- Scheduling of all inpatient therapies (PT, OT, SLP, and TR).
- Responsible for data entry of all inpatient therapy (inclusive of above) appointments.
