We are currently in search of a Controller for a Non-profit, Professional Association. The position is Hybrid in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, permanent position.

POSITION TITLE : Controller
SCHEDULE : Full Time
DURATION : Permanent
SALARY RANGE : $120,000 - $125,000
Is This Your Dream Job? The Controller will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the Center's Management Team. The Controller will produce consolidated management reports in accordance with GAAP, lead the audit process and will be responsible for ensuring all accounting functions are performed in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative and can lead others with integrity and a commitment to lifelong learning.
Our Ideal Candidate :
- 5 years senior level accounting and supervisory experience required
- BS in Finance or Accounting required
- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with Sage Intacct
- Non-profit experience required
