This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility 2-3 days a week.
Summary of Role:
As a part of the M&A Integration team responsible for leading the integration of new acquisitions into NFP, the M&A Integration Analyst (Analyst) will participate in the planning, organizing and tracking the integration program. The Analyst will coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team across back-office functions (HR, Marketing, IT, finance & accounting, etc.) and regional leadership and operations personnel, to help ensure integration plans are effectively and efficiently implemented to integrate business, operations, people and systems and actively monitor integration status, performance and results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage integration project plans and dashboards with timelines and relevant metrics.
- Work with the integration functional teams (e.g., HR, Marketing, IT, Finance & Accounting, Risk Management, Operations) to gather input, adjust, monitor and setup integration project plans.
- Create and maintain process documentation and mapping, including daily integration tracking and integration playbook implementation and development.
- Create and maintain relevant communication templates.
- Communicate, coordinate and gather input from the integration functional teams to maintain timely updated project plans and dashboards.
- Setup and manage cadence of integration meetings and communicate status th the process.
- Support presentations of metrics tracking at the executive and tactical levels, calculating and maintaining KPIs and metrics.
- Gather relevant financial and expense data (costs, contracts, vendors, etc.) data during the diligence process, calculate projections, track completion and report on integration synergies.
POSITION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Project management and project planning skills and ability to create and track project plans and manage a broad team to developed timelines.
- Ability to understand interdependencies on cross-functional processes and to identify and communicate risks.
- Good organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills, demonstrating attention to details, accuracy and high level of organization.
- People and communication skills to coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team across the organization.
- Positive attitude and team player with the ability to self-motivate.
- High level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting confidential information.
Education and/or Experience:
- Four-year college or university degree. Finance, Economics or Engineering preferred.
- Knowledge in MS Office ® suite (Microsoft Excel ®, Word ® and PowerPoint ®)
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $100,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
