OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
- Successful completion of Certification Examination
- 1 year of verifiable, supervised professional experience within the last 3 years
- Valid COTA license in NC
