LPNs needed in Albuquerque, NM! This position currently pays $34/hr for local candidates and travel packages are available for those more than 50 miles from the facility. Qualified LPNs will have at least 6 months of recent floor-nursing experience, and be ready to hit the ground running. Positions available immediately.

- Perform comprehensive health assessments of residents, including vital signs, medical history, and current health status
- Deliver and evaluate all patient care provided
- Administer medications according to physician orders, ensuring accurate dosage and proper documentation
- Monitor and manage chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory disorders, adapting care plans as needed
- Remain flexible to work a variable schedule that includes early start times, late end times, weekends, and holidays
- Educate residents and their families on health conditions, medications, and preventive measures to promote overall well-being
- Be a model of professionalism and compassion by serving as an ambassador to this organization
JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR LPN LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE:
- 6 months of experience as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing
- Current BLS certification from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross (ARC)
- Active LPN license in NM
