Responsibilities

• Provides Speech Therapy services to patients under established guidelines
• Conducts screenings of patients to determine need for intervention/treatment
• Evaluates patients to obtain necessary data for treatment planning and implementation
• Develops treatment plans by identifying needs lists and methods to achieve identified goals
• Coordinates treatment plan with patient, family, and other team members
• Implements and conducts treatment outlined in treatment plan

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competency or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
• Current state licensure or license eligible
