Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state curriculum standards.

Utilize classroom technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning.

Collaborate with colleagues, school staff, and administrators to ensure a comprehensive educational experience.
Participate in professional development and school activities.
Adhere to school policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
Valid state teaching certification / license for elementary education.
Previous teaching experience preferred but not required.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
