Accounts Receivable Specialist

📍 Location: Coral Gables, FL

🕗 Schedule: Monday – Friday |8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm

💼 Full-Time | In-Office

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our energetic team in the beautiful Gables area! This is your chance to be part of a company that values accuracy, innovation, and collaboration—while enjoying work-life balance and a supportive culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Process and monitor incoming payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Post payments to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies
• Generate and send out invoices
• Prepare and review aging reports, contacting customers as needed
• Maintain up-to-date billing system and customer records
• Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues professionally
• Support month-end closing and reporting processes

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in accounting or finance preferred
• 1 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software a plus
