What You’ll Do:
- Be the front-line problem solver—answering customer inquiries with confidence and professionalism via phone, email, and other platforms.
- Process orders, returns, and adjustments accurately and efficiently.
- Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure seamless product delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to keep products moving.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, always striving for the best possible customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5 years in customer service, ideally in distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). ERP system experience is a plus!
- People Skills: A natural communicator who can multitask and build strong relationships.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
- Go-Getter Attitude: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives under pressure.
