Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex and high-stakes commercial litigation cases.
- Conduct impactful depositions, courtroom proceedings, and detailed legal research.
- Prepare compelling legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop winning case strategies and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Proven success in courtroom and deposition settings.
- Exceptional communication, drafting, and research skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Self-starter with a proactive and strategic approach to caseload management.
