This position offers the unique opportunity to work on complex employment litigation matters spanning both Tennessee and California, providing a dynamic and diverse caseload.
What You’ll Do :
- Play a key role in handling employment litigation matters from inception to resolution
- Draft responsive pleadings, manage discovery, take depositions, and argue motions
- Represent clients in mediations and work towards favorable settlements
- Collaborate directly with clients on compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Gain hands-on experience in California wage-hour class actions and PAGA cases
