Virtual Office Special Counsel (Remote – Employment Law Attorney)
Salary : $185,000 - $200,000
Remote (Must be Barred in California or Texas)

What You’ll Do :
- Handle employment litigation, administrative charges, and attorney demand letters
- Develop case strategies, draft legal documents, conduct depositions, and represent clients in hearings, conferences, and trials
- Work closely with a team of partners, attorneys, and legal staff
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys
- Engage in a dynamic caseload with opportunities for involvement in class actions and PAGA cases
What We’re Looking For :
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
7 years of employment law and litigation experience
Active bar membership in good standing (California or Texas required)
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Experience with Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) cases is a plus
