Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Use numerous channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events to identify and engage with potential prospects in the post-acute healthcare industry.
- Prospect Qualification: Conduct thorough research on potential clients to recognize their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes. Qualify leads and assess their possible fit for our solutions.
- Pipeline Development: Work closely with the sales team to create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Continuously engage with leads to advance them through the sales funnel, scheduling meetings, and demos as needed.
- Relationship Building: Form and foster relationships with key stakeholders, as well as successfully communicate our value proposition and tailor messaging to address specific customer needs.
- Sales Support: Deliver exceptional support to sales executives throughout the sales cycle, assisting with proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and closing activities. Guarantee seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes affecting our industry. Use insights to improve strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven track record of success in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably within the healthcare or SaaS industry (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicative effectively & persuasively.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently within set deadlines.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a desire for driving business growth and surpassing targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot)
- Self-starter who thrives working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative high-growth environment.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Experience with SaaS solutions is a plus
