Requirements:
- The ability to provide in-home skilled nursing care as prescribed by the client’s physician(s).
- Physical requirements for lifting, assisting with ambulation, and transfers.
- Current Nursing License, A valid driver's license, Proof of Car Insurance, and Dependable transportation.
Job Types:
part-time or choose your own hours position available.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including Oxygen administration and tube feeding.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Administer basic life support as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a valid driver's license for travel to patient locations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
