Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with Careforce’s mission to support psychiatry practices.
- Provide strategic leadership during Careforce’s 0-to-1 journey as we refine our solutions and build innovative offerings.
- Lead business development initiatives to drive growth and expand market presence.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and advisors.
- Oversee organizational activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Analyze market trends to adjust strategies, capitalize on opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Atleast 6-7 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector, such as building a healthcare company, operational roles, or leadership in VC/PE-backed ventures.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as CXO/Vice President/Director or in a similar executive position and/or experience with start ups/early stage companies.
- A strong track record and genuine interest in working with startups, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong background in business development, financial management, and strategic planning.
- Experience in Health technology.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and effectively manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
