Position Overview
Role: Holistic Wellness Provider & Medically Assisted Treatment NP for adults
Duties:
- Diagnose & prescribe comprehensive care for substance use & mental health conditions
- Collaborate with in-house behavioral health & counseling teams
- Support patients in their long-term wellness journey
Schedule:
- Start with Thursdays, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Expansion opportunity with televisits & additional hours
Compensation:
- $100 /hour (based on experience) plus bonuses
- Earn additional income through telehealth services
Location:
- Greater Columbus, OH & Remote Telehealth Options
Start Date:
- As early as February 7th – 14th

Qualifications & Requirements
✔ State-licensed NP (PMHNP or FNP) in Ohio
✔ Valid NPI & DEA number
✔ Experience in mental health or primary care (Addiction medicine experience preferred but not required—training provided)
