Role Description
Position Overview:
We are hiring Dockhands to join our team at Tarpon Springs, FL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is reliable, takes pride in their work, and enjoys helping people.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean, detail, and refuel boats after each use
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and safety checks
• Assist members with loading/unloading gear and getting on/off boats
• Monitor dock activity and ensure safe boating practices
• Deliver top-tier customer service to all members and guests
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized dock area

Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on/around the water
• Basic boating knowledge preferred, but not required (we will train)
• Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Must be available on weekends and holidays
