Job Summary: We are seeking a organized and proactive Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing deadlines for both internal and client-specific projects, creating meeting agendas and reports, coordinating client meetings, and ensuring that our marketing and sales plans are executed effectively. While not required to be a cybersecurity expert, the candidate should have a good understanding of our internal processes and cybersecurity concepts. This role also involves assisting in proposal creation and representing our company in client calls. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The person must be decisive and a self-starter and be willing to wear multiple hats, go beyond the task of only coordinating and be ready to jump into the trenches when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage deadlines for internal and client-specific projects.
- Create meeting agendas and reports.
- Coordinate client meetings and ensure effective communication.
- Ensure marketing and sales plans are executed as per schedule.
- Plan daily tasks and deliverables for the team.
