High growth, diversified specialty finance company looking for motivated team members responsible for customer service, underwriting and supporting collection efforts. Primary responsibility is to ensure a positive total customer experience while assisting with originating consumer loans using a modern fintech lending platform. This includes assisting with completing loan applications and high-level underwriting of consumer credit that the automated decisioning system placed in queue for manual review. Consumer Loan Analyst will also be responsible for daily review of originated loans to ensure all points of the loan origination process were managed correctly in the system and assisting with collection efforts on delinquent accounts.
