Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyze information gathered by investigation and report findings and recommendations.
  • Investigate, evaluate, and settle claims on major assemblies, applying technical knowledge and human relations skills to effect fair and prompt claims completion and contribute to a reduced loss ratio.
  • QA Reviews
  • Handle inbound inspection verbal reports and claims on complex heavy lines (Engine, Transmissions, Transfer Cases, and Differentials)
  • Audit and review claims for specified dollar threshold for proper handling processes.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnosis experience as a Line Tech or Service Advisor, including knowledge of heavy mechanical breakdowns.
  • Active Master ASE certification
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficient computer and data entry skills, heavy use of Windows-based programs.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language.
  • A desire to learn and a passion for helping people.
  • Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow-through.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Salary : $42,000 - $70,000
