We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort. (We are offering a new hire incentive. Some qualifications do apply.)
Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Perform patient observations and report any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with mobility assistance and transferring clients when necessary
- Specialize in dementia care for clients with specific needs
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Qualifications
- Experience in patient care or a related field is preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
