What You’ll Own:
- Caregiver Oversight – Ensure caregivers are trained, prepared, and performing according to detailed care plans.
- Client Experience – Be the point person for client needs, questions, and concerns. Build long-term relationships that foster trust and satisfaction.
- Clinical Leadership – Monitor the clinical quality of services, support home care initiations, and address client or caregiver issues as they arise.
- Internal Collaboration – Work hand-in-hand with the operations team to improve service delivery, close feedback loops, and keep performance high.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3 years of LPN experience (required)
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Home care experience strongly preferred
- Confident communicator with both clients and caregivers
- Calm under pressure, organized, solutions-focused, and adaptable
