We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. Duties
As an In Home Caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Preparing nutritious meals according to care plans and dietary restrictions.
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in the client's health status.
• Administering medication as prescribed while ensuring compliance with resident rights and HIPAA regulations.
• Developing and following personalized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
• Assisting with mobility and lifting clients as needed while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Previous experience in patient care or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of CPR techniques and emergency response procedures.
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols and care plan development.
• Understanding of resident rights and HIPAA regulations is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Pay: $16.33 - $16.89 per hour

Expected hours: 13.75 – 28.75 per week
