CareGivers In Home Care is looking for nurses to join our team! We provide in-home care services that are personalized to the needs of pediatric patients from infants to teenagers. And adults who have reached the age for a waiver. We strive for our nurses to feel just as much at home as our patients do! CareGivers is dedicated to providing the highest level of care, and we are in search of compassionate caregivers to join us as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home, specialized care to patients one on one.
- Have the ability to follow Physician’s orders in evaluating and caring for the patient and advise Physician of any changes in patient's condition or needs:
- G-tube feeding
- Tracheostomy and Ventilation care
- Maintain appropriate preventative practices and procedures
- Prepare clinical and progress notes for individual patients to include physical and mental conditions of clients as well as signs and symptoms indicative of changes of condition
- Must be dependable and communicate effectively with all members of the team including the client’s family.
Requirements
- Current and active MO or Multistate LPN license
- BLS CPR card
- Pediatric experience is a plus but will train
- G-tube, trach and vent experience is a plus but will train

- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred) can provide
- LPN License (Preferred)
