Job Opening : Clerical / Office Support
Job Location : Canandaigua, NY
Status : Part Time - 8 to 12 hours / week
Schedule : Mondays 4 to 5 hours (within office hours - some flexibility on start time), some flexibility on scheduling the remaining hours, to be discussed during interview.
NOTE : This is NOT a work from home position, all hours are in-office.
Rate : $18.00 - $18.50 / hour
DUTIES : Clerical / Office Support Staff will answer the phone and assist callers in a busy home care agency office, greet office visitors, distribute supplies to employees that stop by the office, assist in reaching out to employment inquiries and setting up job interviews with prospective applicants. Will handle data entry, updating employee schedules in our scheduling software, helping staff with issues clocking in via our time ticketing system. Will be responsible for general office tasks like filing, scanning, and copying. Other duties may be assigned by the Administrator. Must be able to multi-task. Opportunities for advancement depending on aptitude.
- Must have reliable transportation to / from work.
- Must have a functional knowledge of office equipment like computers / copier / scanner / fax
- Must be able to multi-task and retain important details & processes
- Previous office experience required
- Scheduling experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18 or older, and have a high school diploma or equivalent
