Careington Benefit Solutions is currently seeking a Client Advisor for our Property & Casualty division. The position offers a hybrid work schedule: three days a week at our North Frisco office and two days from home, with alternating Saturdays. The work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Client Advisors will consult with customers to identify their auto, home, and other personal insurance needs and custom tailor solutions to fit. Client Advisors will be responsible for outbound follow-up and prospecting activities as well as handling inbound call volume.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Place outbound calls to prospective individuals and other qualified leads (no cold calling).
- Source quotes and policies through active networking and prospecting to generate referrals for P&C insurance products.
- Efficiently handle a large quantity of inbound sales calls while making outbound calls.
- Utilize consultative sales practices to provide customized quotes, sell value, overcome objections, and pursue a one-call-one-close outcome where possible.
- Meet and exceed metric goals for inbound and outbound calls, quotes, sales and others.
- Manage and track customer requests for follow-up as required.
- Ensure all phone calls are answered timely, and quotes are completed accurately and delivered as efficiently as possible.
- Be a licensed Property & Casualty Agent. Learn, understand, and retain specific policy coverage information for multiple carriers across multiple States.
- Work with team to exceed goals and metrics set forth by management including sales per week, quotes per week, calls per day and per week, handle time, and customer satisfaction.
- Be an active problem solver to help the organization improve workflows and efficiency of the team.

Education, Experience & Software:
- Property & Casualty agent license required
- College degree preferred but not required
- Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Applications. Specifically, Microsoft Excel
- Interest and experience in both inbound and outbound sales calls
