We are Careismatic Brands Inc., the global leader in medical apparel, footwear, and accessories. We have an outstanding opportunity for a Jr. Supply Chain Analyst to optimize our supply chain operations, ensuring the seamless flow of healthcare apparel and accessories from production to distribution. Leveraging your expertise in apparel and finance, you will harness data analysis to provide valuable insights and assist in making strategic decisions. Proficiency in Excel, databases, and Tableau is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable intelligence.
This is a full-time role with 2x a week in our corporate office in Santa Monica, CA and 3x a week in Chatsworth, CA.
Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000

What Your Day Looks Like
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to supply chain processes, including capacity planning, production planning, inventory management, and logistics analysis.
- Capacity Planning: Evaluate production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks. Work with production team to optimize resource allocation and increase production capacity as needed. For instance, assess the actual capacity utilization to plan.
- Production Planning: Collaborate with production and planning teams to create production plans that align with demand forecasts and inventory levels. Example: grouping like SKU’s to maximize productivity.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing apparel inventory levels by providing data-driven insights into demand forecasting, reorder points, and safety stock levels.
- Logistic Analysis: Utilize tools to assess the efficiency of logistics operations. Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements. Analyze transportation costs, lead times, and carrier performance. Example: Conduct a route optimization analysis to reduce transportation costs for a specific region.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs specific to production. Monitor key production indicators such as lead times and on-time delivery. For instance, track the on-time delivery rate for a particular product line and propose improvements.
- Create and maintain databases to store and organize supply chain data that supports key reports and dashboards in Tableau.
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data integrity.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas, such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and regression analysis.
- Support financial modeling and analysis related to supply chain costs, budgets, and profitability.
- Apparel Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed cost analysis for apparel production, including materials, labor, and overhead costs. For example, analyze the cost breakdown of a new scrubs line to identify areas for cost reduction.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Strong background in apparel industry supply chain operations and finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with database management and SQL is a plus.
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
- Prior internship or work experience in supply chain analysis or a related field is preferred.
