What will you be doing:
Responsibility for the overall Rehab Sales process under the supervision of Rehab Director. Essential duties of this role include:
- Documents customer status’ and progress according to established internal/external time standards and adherence to reimbursement guidelines.
- Maintains knowledge of operations. Through continuing education, maintain the ability to properly fit and program various power and manual wheelchairs as well as specialized seating.
- Meets or exceeds program productivity expectations.
- Assist all customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Functions as a customer advocate.
- Participates in program development and/or research activities as assigned.

- Able to pass background checks as it pertains to the position
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Incredible attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
