What will you be doing:

Responsibility for the overall Rehab Sales process under the supervision of Rehab Director. Essential duties of this role include:

• Documents customer status’ and progress according to established internal/external time standards and adherence to reimbursement guidelines.
• Maintains knowledge of operations. Through continuing education, maintain the ability to properly fit and program various power and manual wheelchairs as well as specialized seating.
• Meets or exceeds program productivity expectations.
• Assist all customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Functions as a customer advocate.
• Participates in program development and/or research activities as assigned.

• Able to pass background checks as it pertains to the position
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Incredible attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time-management skills
