What will you be doing:
The Dispatch Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing the timely and accurate delivery of products or services to customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring dispatch operations, optimizing routing and scheduling, and resolving any operational issues that may arise.
- Delegate job responsibilities efficiently and ensure that delegated tasks are carried out properly.
- Work closely with senior leadership in developing/meeting company goals and objectives.
- Knowledgeable of, and responsible for, current company policies and procedures as they relate to the above duties.
- Must maintain a genuine care and concern for customers and their families.
- Assists with Performance Improvement activities and outcomes.
- Verify employee time cards by utilizing trip sheets and ensuring an accurate and timely submission.
What is required:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Driving record that is cleared by our insurance company.
- Able to pass background checks as it pertains to the position
- MUST be able to work flexible hours
- Able to lift and maneuver equipment that may weigh up to 100 lbs occasionally
