What will you be doing:
The Delivery Technician will pick up and distribute equipment promptly to our customers. You are the face of our company. For some deliveries, you will demonstrate and explain the general operation and proper use of medical equipment to the customer/family. Other duties include:
- Maintains warehouse, inventory levels, equipment cleanliness, and repair according to policy and procedure and in compliance with applicable rules and regulations
- Picks up and distributes equipment to our customers
- For some deliveries, you will demonstrate and explain the general operation and proper use of medical equipment to the customer/family
- Organize and maintain delivery vehicle according to company policy.
- Responsible for after hour’s coverage with other Delivery Technicians. Owns and maintains a smart phone for on the job communications.
What is required:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Driving record that is cleared by our insurance company.
- Able to pass background checks as it pertains to the position
- Able to pass drug screening which also tests for marijuana
- MUST be able to work flexible hours and on-call on a rotational basis
- Able to lift and maneuver equipment that may weigh up to 100 lbs occasionally
