We’re looking for a Rehab Seating Upholstery Technician—a creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, a love of sewing, and a heart for helping people. If you’re someone who can stitch, staple, and shine under pressure, then you might just be the hero our chairs have been waiting for.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Use your unique sewing and upholstery skills to create custom seating solutions that WOW.
- Take charge of all upholstery finishing and repairs for our Rehab Seating Department.
- Help us keep things stocked by monitoring inventory and flagging reorders.
- Handle documentation for billing with ninja-like accuracy.
- Research new upholstery techniques and products to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Deliver top-tier customer service that makes clients feel at home.
- Be a team player who’s all about communication, collaboration, and good vibes.
- Tackle other exciting projects as assigned by leadership—no two days are the same!
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or GED, plus 1–3 months of relevant experience (or a combo of both!)
- Killer attention to detail and steady hands.
- A valid driver’s license (yes, we may need you to make moves).
- Clear communication skills—verbal and written.
- Basic math skills—so you know your fractions from your fabrics.
- Physical stamina (you'll be lifting up to 50 lbs sometimes).
